We develop and operate mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store (collectively, the “Platform”).

We process personal data mainly for the following purposes: to ensure the functionality, security, and technical operation of the Platform; to provide our services, including AI interior design, AI exterior design, room redesign, building redesign, furniture removal, furniture replacement, style transformation, AI image generation, image regeneration, before-and-after comparison, image downloads, image sharing, and credit management; to send push notifications; to comply with legal obligations; to analyze usage and improve user experience; to deliver advertising and marketing communications; to communicate with users; to collect feedback; and to protect our legal rights.

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process the following categories of personal data.

Information on age.

Your age or birth year, where required to comply with legal or platform requirements.

Camera and design image data.

When you use AI-powered design features, we access your device camera or photos selected by you to generate interior and exterior design concepts, redesign rooms, renovate spaces, remove or replace furniture, and create other AI-generated design results.

Images are processed solely to provide the requested AI design services.

Design preferences.

When using AI design features, we may process information voluntarily provided by you, including:

AI generation data.

We may process information relating to AI image generation, including:

Uploaded images
AI generation requests

Storage and media access.

We access your device storage to upload images selected by you, save generated images, cache files, exported images, user preferences, and other content necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Credit and purchase data.

We may process information relating to available credits, credit consumption, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and transaction identifiers.

We do not collect or store payment card information. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple.

Technical data.

We collect technical information such as IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance logs.

Push Notification data.

Identifiers such as Apple Push Notification tokens required to deliver notifications relating to completed AI generations, processing updates, available credits, and other Platform communications.

Pseudonymized device identifiers and tracking data.

Automatically generated identifiers, advertising identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies may be processed for analytics, fraud prevention, advertising measurement, and Platform optimization, subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements where applicable.

Usage data.
