These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company, with its registered office at No. 31, Alley 31, Luong Ngoc Quyen Street, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Access

Some features of the Platform require user registration.

You may register or log in using a Google account, Apple ID, or other supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. License to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform, nor may you use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Push Notifications

Certain features of the Platform may require you to enable push notifications in order to function properly, such as receiving service updates, reminders, feature-related alerts, or other in-app communications.

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive such notifications on your device. You understand that push notifications may include information related to your use of the Platform or updates about available features.

You may manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications may limit the availability or effectiveness of certain features but will not prevent you from using the Platform.

5. Services, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases

The Platform may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

All payments are processed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment card information.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms and policies of the applicable app store. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your app store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to the Platform are owned by or licensed to TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

7. User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing the Platform.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We are not obligated to publish, retain, or respond to any user-submitted content.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Platform may display advertisements or include services provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to Google, Meta, and TikTok.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for use of the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if such action is required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published within the Platform or through other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
