We develop and operate mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store (collectively, the “Platform”).

SUMMARY

We process personal data mainly for the following purposes: to ensure the functionality, security, and technical operation of the Platform; to enable guest mode, user registration, account management, and cloud synchronization; to provide our services, including AI food recognition, barcode scanning, nutrition analysis, calorie tracking, meal logging, weight management, AI chat coaching, personalized recommendations, and reminder features; to send push notifications; to comply with legal obligations; to analyze usage and improve user experience; to deliver advertising and marketing communications; to communicate with users; to collect feedback; and to protect our legal rights.

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process the following categories of personal data.

Information on age.

Your age or birth year, where required to calculate nutrition recommendations or comply with legal or platform requirements.

Health profile information.

When using personalization features, we may process information voluntarily provided by you (optional), including:

Meal and nutrition data.

We may process information relating to meals that you create or log, including:

Camera and food image data.

When you use AI Food Scan, we access your device camera or photos selected by you to identify food items and estimate nutritional values.

Images are processed solely to provide the requested AI recognition and nutrition analysis services.

Barcode data.

When barcode scanning is used, barcode information may be processed to retrieve product and nutrition information from supported food databases.

Voice input.

If you choose to use voice logging, audio input may be processed to recognize spoken food descriptions and convert them into meal entries.

Storage and media access.

We access your device storage to save meal images, cached files, exported reports, user preferences, and other content necessary for the operation of the Platform.

AI conversation data.

Questions submitted to the AI Chat Coach, together with related conversation history, may be processed to generate nutrition guidance and improve your experience.

Technical data.

We collect technical information such as IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance logs.

Push Notification data.

Identifiers such as Apple Push Notification tokens required to deliver reminders, meal notifications, progress updates, streak reminders, and other Platform communications.

Pseudonymized device identifiers and tracking data.

Automatically generated identifiers, advertising identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies may be processed for analytics, fraud prevention, advertising measurement, and Platform optimization, subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements where applicable.

Usage data.

Information regarding how you interact with the Platform, including:

• AI food scans

• Barcode scans

• AI Chat Coach usage

Subscription and purchase data.

We do not collect or store payment card information. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple.

Communication data.

Information you provide when contacting customer support.

Feedback and survey data.
