We develop and operate mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using our Platform, certain information may be processed as necessary to provide the Platform’s functionality. We act as the data controller where applicable. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, stored, and protected when you use the Platform.

The Platform does not require user registration and is designed to operate without collecting personal information, location data, advertising identifiers, or behavioral tracking data.

SUMMARY

We process only the information necessary to provide the functionality of the Platform.

The Platform allows users to discover daily Quran ayahs and verses, display Quran content through Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, personalize widgets and wallpapers, save preferred verses and settings, and receive optional Quran-related notifications.

We do not require users to create an account or provide personal information.

We do not collect location information, use analytics services, track user behavior, use advertising identifiers, or track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

App settings, saved verses, widget configurations, wallpaper preferences, and other personalization settings are stored locally on your device where applicable.

The Platform may request permission to send notifications, such as daily Quran ayahs or reminders. Notification permission is optional and can be managed through your device settings.

Below, we explain in more detail what information may be processed when you use the Platform.

PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

The Platform is designed to operate without collecting personal data as part of its core functionality.

Depending on how you use the Platform, the following information may be processed locally on your device.

Quran preferences and saved content.

When you use the Platform, certain information may be stored locally to provide your selected experience, including:

• Saved Quran verses

• Selected ayahs

• Favorite content

• Daily ayah preferences

• Other Quran-related preferences

This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Widget and wallpaper preferences.

When you personalize your Home Screen or Lock Screen, the Platform may store information such as:

• Selected widgets

• Widget layouts

• Selected Quran verses

• Wallpaper selections

• Background preferences

• Visual styles

• Other customization settings

These preferences are stored locally on your device and are used only to provide the requested personalization features.

Notification settings.

The Platform may request permission to send Quran-related notifications, including daily ayahs and reminders.

Your notification preferences may be stored locally on your device.

You can allow, disable, or modify notification permissions at any time through your device settings.

The Platform does not use notification permission to track your behavior or activity across other apps or websites.

Where notifications are generated locally on your device, we do not collect or store notification identifiers or notification activity on our servers.

Technical and device information.

The Platform does not use analytics services to collect device information, usage statistics, behavioral data, or advertising identifiers.

Information that may be automatically handled by your device or Apple’s operating system for the technical operation of the Platform is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

We do not use such information to create user profiles or track users.

Location data.

We do not request, access, collect, store, or transmit your precise or approximate location.

The Platform’s Quran content, widgets, wallpapers, and other core features do not require access to your location.

Tracking and advertising identifiers.

We do not use advertising identifiers or similar tracking technologies.

The Platform does not request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework to track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.

We do not use your information for targeted or personalized advertising.

Usage data.

We do not collect information about how you interact with the Platform for analytics or behavioral profiling purposes.

This means we do not collect information such as:

• Quran verses viewed

• Verses saved

• Widgets used

• Wallpapers selected

• Features accessed

• Frequency of Platform use

• General in-app behavior

Communication data.

If you choose to contact us directly, we may process information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your name

• Your email address

• The content of your message

• Any other information you choose to provide

We process this information only to respond to your request, provide support, address feedback, or otherwise communicate with you.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Where information is processed, we use it only for purposes necessary to provide and support the Platform, including:

• Providing Quran verses and daily ayah features

• Providing Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

• Providing Quran wallpapers and customization features

• Saving your preferences locally on your device

• Providing optional Quran-related notifications

We do not process personal data for behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, profiling, or analytics.

LOCAL DATA STORAGE

The Platform primarily stores settings and preferences locally on your device.

We do not transmit this locally stored information to our servers.

Local information may be removed when you delete it through the Platform, reset relevant settings, or uninstall the Platform, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data collected through the Platform with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Because the Platform does not collect personal data as part of its core functionality, we do not provide Quran viewing activity, saved verses, widget preferences, wallpaper preferences, or other in-app behavior to third parties.

Where you interact directly with services provided by Apple, such services are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

DATA RETENTION

We do not maintain user accounts or user profiles.

Information relating to your Quran preferences, saved verses, widgets, wallpapers, and other customization settings is stored locally on your device where applicable.

We do not retain this information on our servers.

If you contact us directly, we may retain your communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information that may be provided directly to us.

The Platform is designed to minimize the collection and transmission of personal information.

Information stored locally on your device is also subject to the security protections and settings provided by your device and operating system.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Platform is intended for users of all ages and does not require account registration or personal information to access its core features.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Platform.
