Terms of Use – TimeStamp

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company, with its registered office at No. 31, Alley 31, Luong Ngoc Quyen Street, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform, nor may you use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3. Device Permissions

To provide its core functionalities, the Platform may require access to certain features on your Android device.

Camera Access

The Platform may access your device camera to capture photos and videos with timestamp, GPS location, weather, and other information overlays.

Location Access

The Platform may access your device location to display GPS coordinates, location names, nearby places, map information, and location-based stamps.

Photos and Media Access

The Platform may access photos and videos selected by you in order to import, edit, stamp, organize, export, and share content.

Storage Access

The Platform may access storage to save photos, videos, exported images, PDF reports, Excel reports, trip albums, templates, and other content created through the Platform.

Notifications

The Platform may request permission to send reminders, service announcements, updates, and other Platform-related notifications.

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Certain features may become unavailable if required permissions are disabled.

4. GPS Camera and Timestamp Features

The Platform allows users to capture, edit, organize, export, and share photos and videos with customizable timestamps and location information.

Certain features may include:

* GPS location stamps
* Date and time stamps
* Weather information overlays
* Custom logos and watermarks
* Batch stamping of existing photos
* Photo history and trip grouping
* PDF and Excel report exports
* Map-based photo organization

You are solely responsible for:

* The photos and videos you capture or upload
* Any content added to media files
* The accuracy of information you choose to display
* Any content you export or share using the Platform

You must ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of third parties.

5. Services, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases

The Platform may offer paid features, subscriptions, premium templates, premium export options, advanced editing tools, watermark removal, logo customization, and other in-app purchases.

All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Store.

We do not collect or store payment card information.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms and policies of Google Play Store.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, templates, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to the Platform are owned by or licensed to TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

7. User Content and Feedback

User Content includes photos, videos, trip information, GPS data, custom templates, exported reports, and other materials you create or upload through the Platform.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing the Platform.

We are not obligated to publish, retain, or respond to any user-submitted content.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Platform may display advertisements or include services provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, mapping providers, weather services, and analytics providers.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of GPS coordinates, map information, weather data, timestamps, nearby locations, or other third-party data displayed within the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for use of the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if such action is required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published within the Platform or through other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
