Terms of Use – Quran

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company, with its registered office at No. 31, Alley 31, Luong Ngoc Quyen Street, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the Platform.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

3. Device Permissions

To provide its core functionalities, the Platform may request access to certain features on your iOS device.

Notifications

The Platform may send notifications including daily Quran ayahs, Quran reminders, and other Platform-related communications.

You may revoke notification permission at any time through your iOS Settings. Certain Platform features may not function properly if required permissions are disabled.

4. Quran Services

The Platform provides Quran-related features including:

Daily Quran ayahs and verses

Home Screen widgets

Lock Screen widgets

Quran wallpapers

Saved and favorite verses

Multiple widget styles and layouts

Wallpaper customization

Widget customization

Daily Quran reminders

The Platform is designed to help users discover Quran ayahs, keep meaningful verses accessible throughout their daily routine, and personalize their Home Screen and Lock Screen with Quran content.

Quran content, widget designs, wallpapers, layouts, themes, and other features may be updated, modified, added, or removed from time to time.

5. Quran Content Disclaimer

The Platform provides Quran verses and related content for personal, educational, informational, and devotional purposes.

We aim to present Quran content accurately and respectfully. However, technical issues, formatting differences, typographical errors, translation variations, or other unintended errors may occasionally occur.

Where translations, transliterations, explanations, or other supporting materials are provided, they are intended to assist users in accessing and understanding Quran content.

Translations and interpretations may vary depending on the source, translator, language, or scholarly approach.

The Platform is not intended to replace qualified religious scholarship, religious education, or guidance from recognized religious authorities.

Users seeking authoritative interpretations, religious rulings, or personalized religious guidance should consult qualified religious scholars or appropriate religious authorities.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Platform may offer paid features, subscriptions, premium widgets, premium wallpapers, themes, customization options, and other in-app purchases.

Certain Quran widgets, wallpapers, visual styles, layouts, or other premium features may require an active subscription or in-app purchase.

All payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store.

We do not collect or store payment card information.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store policies and the purchase terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple’s applicable subscription terms.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions through your Apple ID account.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, user interfaces, original designs, wallpapers, layouts, themes, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to the Platform are owned by or licensed to TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company.

Quran text, translations, fonts, and other third-party materials may be subject to separate intellectual property rights, licenses, attribution requirements, or usage conditions of their respective owners or licensors.

Nothing contained in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Platform or its content.

8. User Preferences and Feedback

User preferences may include, but are not limited to:

Saved Quran verses

Favorite verses

Widget configurations

Wallpaper preferences

Display preferences

Notification preferences

Other customization settings

You are responsible for managing your preferences and locally stored information.

If you submit suggestions, feature requests, corrections, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such feedback for operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

We are not obligated to publish, retain, implement, or respond to any user-submitted feedback.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or rely on services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

Apple

App Store services

Payment and subscription services

Content or technology providers

We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

This may include changes to Quran content, widgets, wallpapers, layouts, themes, notification features, premium features, and other Platform functionality.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability of the Platform.

Delivery of notifications at an exact time.

Continuous or exact widget refresh timing.

Compatibility with every device or iOS version.

Permanent availability of any particular widget, wallpaper, theme, layout, or feature.

Complete absence of technical, formatting, display, typographical, translation, or transliteration errors.

That translations or supporting materials reflect every interpretation or scholarly view.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCC & Partners Joint Stock Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

Service interruptions.

Notification delivery failures or delays.

Widget refresh issues.

Device or operating system compatibility issues.

Loss of locally stored preferences or settings.

Errors in formatting or display.

Translation or transliteration differences.

Loss or unavailability of wallpapers, widgets, or other Platform content.

Subscription or in-app purchase issues caused by third-party providers.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for use of the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where required by applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version will be published within the Platform or through other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
